This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine hospitality and sales skills in a vibrant outdoor setting. Duties Operate the beverage cart efficiently along designated course routes, serving drinks to players promptly. Maintain a clean and organized cart, restocking supplies as needed to ensure availability throughout the day. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service and answering questions about menu options. Process sales using the POS system accurately while upselling beverages to maximize sales opportunities. Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling and balancing the register at shift end. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and food handling protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist with basic drink preparation tasks such as opening bottles. Requirements Previous experience in bartending, food service, retail, or hospitality environments such as cafés, quick service restaurants, or grocery stores is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems strongly preferred. Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices to ensure guest safety and compliance. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere for all players. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk long distances on course, lift light supplies, and perform routine cart maintenance.
