Job Description Overview: Monument Family Dentistry is seeking a positive, self-motivated, and open-minded Dental Assistant to join our 5-star team in Richmond, VA. This position offers flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time hours in a modern, state-of-the-art practice environment.
Key Responsibilities: Candidates will communicate confidently and accurately with patients regarding recommended treatments to restore optimal oral health. The practice offers comprehensive dental care, including cosmetics, implants, Invisalign, endodontics, and general dentistry services.
Qualifications & Experience: Preferred applicants will have experience with digital dentistry technologies, such as CEREC and iTero, along with proficiency in Dentrix practice management software. Candidates who demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow will receive full training.
