Weaver Group Insurance Agency has offices in Caro & Bay City, Michigan and is searching for a licensed and dedicated Insurance Representative to join our team. Pay based on experience. Property & Casualty Insurance License Required. Additional bonus opportunities available for Life & Health Insurance Licensed individuals.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and assist them with their inquiries, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
Provide explanations of insurance policies, coverage options, and billing details.
Process policy changes, payments, and new applications accurately and efficiently.
Assist in resolving client concerns and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members or department.
Maintain organized client records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in computer applications and data entry.
A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic office setting.
Proven sales experience.
