Chesterfield, MO Michael Grasso DDS is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full
-Time Dental Assistant (DA) to join our team! As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists and other team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients as well as perform light administrative duties. We have a small team so each of us are cross-trained to help in every department. Schedule: - Tuesday 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Wednesday 6:45 AM - 5:30 PM
- Thursday 6:45 AM - 4:30 PM
- Friday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (flexible)
Our dedicated team includes: - One Lead Dentist (experienced)
- One Practice Lead
- One FT Registered Dental Hygienist (a few temps on call)
- One FT Dental Assistant
Requirements: - X-Ray certification in state of Missouri preferred
- Coronal Polish/Sealant Certification preferred but not required
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures
- Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
- CPR certification
- Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
- Integrity-focused work ethic
- Team-player attitude
- Ability to multi-task
- Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
