PCU RN – Float Pool
Unit: PCU/IMCU Float Pool; floats to all PCU/IMCU floors
Patient Population: Cardiac
Ratio: 1:3–4
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar-sized facility
Cardiac Cases: STEMI, NSTEMI, CTS & chest pain
Clinical Skills: Cardiac drips including Milrinone, Dobutamine & pressors
Additional Assignment: May cover lower-acuity telemetry beds
Certifications: BLS & ACLS required
EMR: EPIC
RTO: Minimal
