Warehouse Order Puller

Location: Pearland, TX
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:45 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Hiring: Immediate Start

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Order Puller to join a busy warehouse operation in Pearland, TX. This is an immediate-hire opportunity for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The Warehouse Order Puller will be responsible for accurately pulling, preparing, staging, and organizing customer orders while ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, arrives on time, follows instructions, and works well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull and prepare products according to customer orders, pick tickets, or warehouse instructions.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and product descriptions to ensure order accuracy.
• Locate products throughout the warehouse and move inventory to designated staging areas.
• Safely load and unload materials as needed.
• Organize and stage completed orders for shipment or delivery.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing warehouse inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Operate warehouse equipment as authorized and trained.
• Inspect products for visible damage or discrepancies and report issues to management.
• Assist coworkers with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Meet productivity and accuracy expectations while maintaining safe work practices.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Texas Driver’s License – REQUIRED
• Must be able to successfully complete a basic physical evaluation/physical requirements assessment clearing you for warehouse duties.
• Previous warehouse, order pulling, picking, packing, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the workday.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse duties for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately fulfill orders.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist with various warehouse responsibilities.

Schedule

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–5:45 PM

Candidates must be dependable and able to consistently work the scheduled hours. Additional hours may occasionally be required based on business needs.
